I’m kinda happy with this…
This semester we learned how to mask complicated photography elements like hair, leaves, etc. – basically all the stuff that photographers and graphic designers HATE. We had a non-theme final and could do whatever we wanted as a end of term assignment, as long as we used some of the techniques we learned in class.
Since I’m obsessed with H & M lately, I decided my final assignment would be creating a double page magazine advertisement featuring the super cool Sonia Rykiel collection for H & M from 2010. The images below are the source images/materials used in the final composite advertisement.

Background image is 3 – exposure HDR image I took at an abandoned warehouse. I love the graffiti!
Final composited image completed with a bleach by-pass effect and advertisment copy.
