Editing, editing and more editing | Richmond Wedding Photographer

The next big hurdle in the bridal photography business is about to begin in earnest for me… the editing of the bride and groom’s final image selections.

After reviewing and proofing 1300+ images, Andrew and Jessica have whittled down the group to 400+ images. Now that I have their selections, I will begin the final editing process which includes skin tone adjustments, additional exposure adjustments, toning and saturation adjustments and the colour styling that the bride and I have discussed for their final images. In addition to the colour editing on the images, they will also receive the same prints in b/w. That conversion is a much simpler process, but needs to happen none the less.

Here is an example of the colour editing that is now underway…

Original colour edit

Colour styling - Burberry inspired vintage cream

Colour styling - Urban cross-processed

Colour styling - B/W conversion

I love the vintage Burberry inspired colour styling and the B/W… Which colour styles do you like?
