[L] Family – White Rock Lifestyle Portrait Photographer

It’s been a busy few weeks… School term Street Photography project due, busy work schedule, a brief vacation with my hubby for his birthday last week and a new family lifestyle photo session this weekend. WHEW! Where does the time go?!?

This weekend I had the pleasure of photographing the Lockrey family. They are moving back to eastern Canada and wanted to capture the idyllic ‘west coast’ lifestyle by having a portrait session shot at Blackie Spit park/pier in White Rock BC. This picturesque site is a great location for lifestyle portraits… Lots of interesting vistas, interesting sea life and sand for the kiddies to play in and its relatively quiet on a typical Vancouver Spring day like today [overcast and threatening rain LOL!].

Since I haven’t posted a new shoot for a while, I thought I would share some of my favorites from the weekend… The little one’s bouncy ringlets are amazing! And once she warmed up to me [oh, that took a whole 2 minutes LOL] she was loads of fun and very, very energetic!
