I’m shooting Jess and Andrew’s wedding in July 2011, but I’ve already done their engagement photos [see this link] and yesterday I shot their engagement party.
It was a fun evening and one of my favorite group of shots is the entire wedding party, assembled on the grass lawn behind Jess and Andrew’s very nice condo complex [ they hosted the soiree in the building's amenities room and it was super nice! ]. You can definitely tell it’s the summertime, the mosquitoes attacked us the moment we stepped foot on the grass – I had 5 bites instantly! But I digress….
I arranged the group by their ‘pairings’ for the wedding and had them all take a big jump in the air. It was a lot of fun. One funny note though… girls with short skirts need to remember to keep their skirts DOWN LOL! Jess’s sister had on a bit of a short skirt and I’ve had to selectively remove a number of photos because of undies showing ;^) We won’t be having that problem on the wedding day I’m sure!
